MMCK2 - Shakshuka pan

150.00

They have been called many things by the western observer (an egg pan, an escargot pan, etc.) BUT this copper piece is a standard middle eastern design that has been used for a wide range of dishes. Shakshuka, Ejjeh and now I’ve learned of a Jewish dish called Bumuelos (which itself has to be related to the Latino Buñuleos). Enjoy!
