Terms & Conditions - Selling my Copper to East Coast Tinning

Ownership of Cookware

Given that you would like to sell your cookware to East Coast Tinning, you represent to us that you are an adult (18 years old or older) with the full ownership title to this merchandise AND that you have full authority to sell the merchandise to East Coast Tinning.

Photographs & Descriptions

You represent to East Coast Tinning that the cookware you send to us is the same cookware that you have described and photographed in your application for a quote.  If there are, in our opinion, major discrepancies between the Descriptions/Photographs and the actual cookware that you send to us, we reserve the right to adjust or retract our Offer to Purchase.  In the case of retraction, we will return the merchandise to you.

Offer & Acceptance & Payment

We will determine an Offer to Purchase your cookware using any means that we deem appropriate.  We may also choose not to make an offer on your cookware.  Once you get our Offer to Purchase, send your cookware, and receive our Final Offer, you may choose to accept or reject the Final Offer but after 30 days the offer expires.  Once you accept our Final Offer, you will be paid within seven (7) days by company check to the address provided with your application.  If you choose not to accept our Final Offer, we will return the merchandise to you.

Returning Merchandise

If we return merchandise to you under any of these Terms & Conditions, we will send the merchndise to you at your cost and reserve the right to dispose of the merchandise, if we do not obtain from you, shipping instructions and shipping cost payment within 30 days of our retraction letter or Final Offer.

All Sales Final

All sales are FINAL.  Once we mail the payment check, there will be no returns or credits permitted.
